What are the daycare's operating hours?Our daycare is open Monday through Thursday 5 am -9 pm hours, Fridays - 5 am - 8 pm We are closed on weekends and public holidays.

What age groups do you cater to?We accept children aged 6 weeks to 12 years.

What is your curriculum like?Our curriculum is designed to foster development through play-based learning. We focus on social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth, with activities tailored to each age group.

How do you communicate with parents about their child's day?We use a daily communication app where we update parents on their child’s activities, meals, nap times, reminders and any special moments. Additionally, we offer parent-teacher conferences twice a year to discuss your child’s development with monthly newsletters .

Do you provide meals and snacks?Yes, we provide nutritious meals and snacks throughout the day. Our menu is designed to meet the dietary needs of young children, and we can accommodate special dietary restrictions.

What is your sick policy?Children who show symptoms of illness should be kept at home. If a child becomes ill while at daycare, parents will be notified and asked to pick up their child promptly. Children should be symptom-free for 24 hours before returning.

What should my child bring to daycare?Please bring a change of clothes, any necessary diapers and wipes, a comfort item for naptime, and any special dietary items. Label all items with your child’s name.
